Kern Tec from Austria – in the foto the co-founder and CEO Michael Beitl – presented their world innovation again also this time at Anuga. The compound made of the pits/stones of apricots but also other fruits can be used to produce vegan beverages but also other food products such as yoghurts, cheeses and spreads and this therefore extremely sustainable – a large number of customers witnessed their success at the Kern Tec booth.
