Kern Tec from Austria – in the foto the co-founder and CEO Michael Beitl – presented their world innovation again also this time at Anuga. The compound made of the pits/stones of apricots but also other fruits can be used to produce vegan beverages but also other food products such as yoghurts, cheeses and spreads and this therefore extremely sustainable – a large number of customers witnessed their success at the Kern Tec booth.

Veggie Meat from Amstetten/Austria has been showing several times at international food exhibitions, so again also this year at Anuga. The high quality and very tasty vegan meat- and fish alternatives products were enjoyed by hundreds of visitors and we managed to secure some very interesting deals for Veggie Meat. This year at the Anuga we were very pleased to welcome four of our partner companies – Revo Foods from Vienna was one of them. Revo presented at the fair a world-wide revolution: the first vegan salmon steak produced from a 3D printer! We are particularly pleased to welcome for the first time at the Anuga 2023 the Welsh company Trailheads – you can see the export manager Emma Morris and our UK business partner Paul Macis with whom we have been cooperating for many years now. Trailheads Fine Foods are producing high quality Beef Jerky made of Beef but also of Venison. We managed to establish more than ten contacts and found potential business partners for many European Countries.
